Solid Waste Routing Efficiency; Solid Waste Rate Study

From 2001 through 2014, we developed and updated a rate model to allocate costs between the City’s landfill and collection operations, and among single family, multi-family, and commercial customers. Our work has included developing new landfill and collection service rates based on allocated costs. We presented our findings to the City Council. In 2008, we re-designed and re-balanced the City’s routes to create greater route density.
